1. Acceptance of Terms By purchasing from or using the Xenliv online store at xenliv.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not make a purchase.

3. Digital Products All products sold on xenliv.com are digital products delivered electronically. Upon successful payment you will receive a download link granting you access to your purchased product. No physical product will be shipped. Products may include business management tools, invoice generation, tax estimation, payroll calculations and related features.

4. Licence & Permitted Use Your purchase grants you a single-user, non-transferable licence to use the product on your own devices for personal or business purposes. You may not share, resell, redistribute, copy, or transfer the product to any other person in any form. Each purchase is for one user only.

5. Intellectual Property All products, designs, copy, and branding on xenliv.com remain the sole property of MRB Ventures. Purchasing a product does not transfer any intellectual property rights to you.

6. Refund Policy As our products are digital and accessible immediately upon purchase, refunds are not automatically guaranteed. However, if the product is not functioning as described, please contact us at contact@xenliv.com within 7 days of purchase. Refund requests are assessed on a case-by-case basis — we stand behind what we build.

7. Product Updates & Support MRB Ventures will endeavour to fix verified bugs and technical issues reported by customers. Bug fixes may be provided at our discretion and will be made available to affected customers where practical. However, your purchase does not entitle you to future feature updates, new functionality, or the latest version of the product. New features and version upgrades may be released at any time and are not guaranteed to be provided to existing customers at no additional cost. MRB Ventures is not obligated to notify customers of updates or to distribute updated versions to all existing purchasers.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties Our products are provided as-is. While we take care to ensure they function as described, we make no guarantees regarding fitness for a specific purpose. We are not liable for any loss of data, income, or business resulting from use of our products. Tax estimates provided within the product are for planning purposes only, based on SARS income tax brackets, and do not constitute professional tax advice. Payslip and payroll calculations including PAYE and UIF estimates are for reference purposes only based on published SARS rates and do not constitute professional payroll advice. MRB Ventures accepts no liability for any tax or payroll decisions made based on these estimates. Users should consult a registered tax practitioner or payroll professional for compliance guidance.
